Cleaning the Chocolate Line Fountain

  1. Turn off the switch and unplug from the power socket before cleaning.

  2. Allow parts to COOL before touching the appliance, as the tower, auger and base can get very hot up to 45ºC.

  3. Pour away the remaining chocolate from the base bowl into a disposal bag.
    WARNING: POURING MELTED CHOCOLATE INTO SINK OR DRAIN WILL CLOG THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM.

  4. Remove the tower and auger.

  5. Wipe off the remaining chocolate on the tower and auger with paper towels.

  6. Dip tower and auger in hot water for 5 minutes, then wash with warm soapy water; rinse and dry.

  7. When the appliance has cooled, use a warm damp sponge, kitchen towel or cloth to wipe off the remaining chocolate in the base bowl.

  8. Clean the outside of the unit with a non-abrasive towel and allow to dry.

    CAUTION: DO NOT IMMERSE THE UNIT INTO WATER.
