Cleaning the Chocolate Line Fountain

- Turn off the switch and unplug from the power socket before cleaning.
- Allow parts to COOL before touching the appliance, as the tower, auger and base can get very hot up to 45ºC.
- Pour away the remaining chocolate from the base bowl into a disposal bag.
WARNING: POURING MELTED CHOCOLATE INTO SINK OR DRAIN WILL CLOG THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM.
- Remove the tower and auger.
- Wipe off the remaining chocolate on the tower and auger with paper towels.
- Dip tower and auger in hot water for 5 minutes, then wash with warm soapy water; rinse and dry.
- When the appliance has cooled, use a warm damp sponge, kitchen towel or cloth to wipe off the remaining chocolate in the base bowl.
- Clean the outside of the unit with a non-abrasive towel and allow to dry.
CAUTION: DO NOT IMMERSE THE UNIT INTO WATER.
